Important policies and guidelines for your booking
Please read our booking, reservation, and cancellation policies carefully before making your reservation at The Basileia Court. These policies ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our guests.
Booking
Online bookings require selecting arrival date, completing full details and submitting the request. Reservations are not confirmed until availability is verified and confirmation is issued. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid card or Mobile Money payment for the first night.
Reservation Policy
Reservations must be guaranteed with a first-night deposit at least 72 hours before arrival, failing which The Basileia Court reserves the right to release the accommodation
Check-in & Check-out
- •Check-in: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- •Check-out: 8:30 AM till 12:00 noon
- •Late check-out: May be arranged at half the room rate within four hours
- •Age requirement: Minimum 18 years, maximum 70 years
- •Identification required: Valid national ID or passport for all occupants upon check-in
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation and modification fees apply to all bookings:
Early Check-outs
50% charge on remaining nights
No-shows
100% of total booking value
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival
50% fee
Cancellation 2–7 days prior
30% fee
Pre-arrival amendments
20% surcharge on total room rate
Important Notice
- •Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds when guaranteeing your reservation
- •The first-night deposit must be received at least 72 hours before your arrival date
- •Cancellations must be communicated to our team immediately for potential fee waivers
- •Mobile Money and credit/debit card payments are accepted for all reservations
Property Rules & Regulations
- •No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property
- •Child Supervision: Children must always be supervised. The property will not be liable for accidents resulting from unsupervised child activities
- •Age Requirements: Guests under the age of 18 may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- •Property Damage: Guests will be surcharged for the cost of any damage or loss to property
- •Smoking & Illegal Substances: Smoking and illegal substances are STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the facility
- •Identification Required: Guests are required to present a valid national ID or passport for all occupants upon check-in
